He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. KIERAN GILLOOLY
Owner and Operator
Kieran started Northern HVAC Co. with the vision to have a family-owned and -operated company keeping his children in mind, particularly Kieran’s son. His son wanted to shadow his dad in everything he did, including having to wear the same work pants and wanting to have the same tools in his little tool belt. When Kieran would leave to go on service calls, he would cry because he wanted to go to work with his dad. Kieran has always had the drive and passion to own and operate his own company. With 16 years of experience in the HVAC field, it was time to start the company he dreamed of and one he could hand down to his children.
Kieran is well known for his excellent workmanship and due diligence at returning calls and keeping in constant contact with his customers. His knowledgeability speaks for itself. Kieran has no problem taking the time to discuss or go over any questions a customer may have. His passion for HVAC is evident.
KAYLA GILLOOLY
Office and Account Manager
Kayla gave Kieran the motivation to take the leap and open something that he’s always dreamed of. Kayla has been involved in the design, implementation, efficiency, and organization of the start-up of the company and helped make her husband’s dreams come true. Kayla has been by Kieran’s side from the start of his HVAC career and continues to encourage and watch him grow.

MCKYE SHAW
HVAC TECHNICIAN
Northern HVAC Co. would like to introduce to you our newest team member; Mckye Shaw.
Mckye brings 10 years of HVAC knowledge and fieldwork to the team. He is dedicated and committed to providing the best possible service he can. His great customer service skills are an added bonus to his list of qualifications. Mckye will take his time and explain, and discuss any questions or concerns customers may have.
With Mckye’s addition to Northern HVAC Co., it really brings the meaning to have a family-owned and -operated company. Owner and operator of Northern HVAC Co., Kieran Gillooly, and new team member, Mckye Shaw are brother-in-laws and have been best friends since grade 6. They share the same passion for customer service and it is high on both of their priority lists. They also take pride in producing amazing workmanship. This is an A team and you will feel absolutely comfortable dealing with and having them in your home.
JESSICA SHAW
Administrative / Service Manager
Jessica is kind, friendly, detailed & goal-oriented, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Jessica has lots of experience with technology and has a good comprehension of the HVAC spectrum. Jessica is very understanding of our customers’ needs and strives to deliver the best possible customer service experience as possible. Jessica is also the manager of our annual spring service program, where she has implemented a smooth running program for our customers.
BRONSON MCCORD
HVAC TECHNICIAN
Bronson showed an interest in having a job in the trades field at the high school job fair. After having a meeting with Kieran, Bronson made the educated decision that he would like to head off to school and get some of his HVAC licenses! Bronson has been working with Northern HVAC co. since July of 2022 since then Bronson has obtained his gas fitter license and is a G2 license holder. Bronson has been a great asset to the team!
Scott Kuipers
HVAC Technician
Scott Joined Northern HVAC CO. in February 2024 .
Scott Became a licensed Gas 2 technician in 2020 graduating from a private career college. Scott possesses analytical thinking when assessing furnace issues. Scott works well within our team collaboration and is learning new skills and applications from our skilled HVAC team leaders every day. Scott has been a great asset to the team.
Fun fact he is also on the Volunteer fire department.
